Escape & Create group rate at $99 plus tax per room (up to 4 persons) available until January 31, 2011. Rate subject to availability after this date.

Please note that you may share your room with as many friends (up to 4) as you wish but only one person should make the reservation. The food count is included with this reservation as well. Your credit card will not be charged for this and you will be able to appropriately split the fees when you arrive at the hotel. For example: Sue and Sally are sharing a room. Sue makes the reservation for 2 people. The room fee of $99 plus two fees of $26 each show up on the reservation. When they check out, Sue and Sally will each pay half of this total.

Cancellation Policy: If you register for this event, you may cancel your registration for a full refund until 2/10/11. After 2/10/11, you can receive 50% of your event fee. Hotel/Meals cancellations are per hotel policy.
